摘要
在海洋导管架平台建造测量中,井口导向空间位置的精度会直接影响多层井口导向共线度,进而影响隔水套管的海上安装,因此导管架井口导向空间位置是需要精确控制的重要位置之一。为提高井口导向圆心的测量精度,提出一种同心圆拟合新算法。该方法同时测量井口导向内皮和外皮测量点坐标数据,较传统方法增加了测量点数量,而且测量点分布更广更合理,因此大大提高了圆心测量的精度,该方法对精确控制海洋导管架建造具有一定作用。
In offshore jacket platform construction measurement,the accuracy of spatial position of wellhead guide can affect the collinearity along multi-layers of the platform,and further affect offshore installation of conductor.Therefore,the spatial position of wellhead guide of the jacket is one of important positions which should be control accurately.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the circle center of wellhead guide,a new concentric circles fitting method is put forward in this paper,which measures the coordinate data at the measurement points both at outside wall and inside wall of the wellhead guide.Compared with traditional method,the number of measurement points is increased,and measurement points distribution is more wide and reasonable.As a result,the circle center measurement accuracy is improved greatly.Applying this method can more accurately control offshore jacket construction.
