摘要
本文通过分析1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床资料,探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断准确性、治疗规范性对患者的影响,从患者病情进展原因分析中论述慢性支气管炎与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的诊断差异及治疗策略,以期促进社区医生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治规范化。
In this paper,we analyzed the clinical data of a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,discussed the effects of diagnostic accuracy and normative treatment on patient prognosis,and reviewed the differences in diagnosis,treatment,and management strategies regarding chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The cause of the patient's disease progression was analyzed to improve the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of this disease by community practitioners.
