摘要
高校在我国创新发展实践中扮演着重要的角色,高校新型研发机构的发展,不仅有助于帮助高校跨越科研成果到商业化应用之间的"死亡之谷",也适应国家创新发展战略的需要。以高校新型研发机构所具有的"三大特点"、组织属性和创新行为属性为基础,可以从环境、主体和行为等3个层面来构建高校新型研发机构的功能体系,并结合我国开放式创新平台的发展,探索我国高校新型研发机构的3种典型组织模式。
Universities play an important role in the process of innovative development in China.With the development of new research and development institutions,universities can bridge the gap between the scientific research achievements and commercial application;it also adapts to the national innovative development strategy.On the basis of the“three characteristics”,organization attribute and innovation behavior attribute of the new research and development institutions in universities,the article establishes its function system from three levels:environment,main body and behavior;combined with the development of open innovation platform,it explores the three typical organization patterns of new research and development institutions in universities.
