From the perspective of international economics,technology can be seen as a production factor;and through technology accumulations,the comparative advantage of technology intensive industry can be realized.The technology is changing with each passing day,and it is a hard to catch up with newly technology by self-accumulation.Foreign advanced technology should be introduced to narrow the gap of technological difference and to realize leap-over economic development.A shortcut to enhance innovation capability in a short time is transnational M&A of technology acquisition type.
