Research on the Complex System of Overseas Chinese in the New Era and China's Economic Development Dynamics Transformation

新时代是中国社会主义建设发展面临的新局面,华侨华人与中国经济发展动力变革是新时代背景下中国经济发展的重要着力点。华侨华人凭借其优势资源助力中国经济发展,中国经济发展动力变革为中国经济提供新发展机遇。基于自组织理论,将两者联系在一起组成一个复杂系统,分析该复杂系统耗散结构形成条件,系统的动态演化动力机制,构建了系统的动态演化模型,最后提出了充分把握系统动态演化的动力机制,明晰复杂系统演化方向,完善系统适应性学习机制,促进功能流优化,创造和谐包容的系统环境,保障自组织与他组织统一运作等建议,为华侨华人与中国经济发展动力变革的发展提供相关借鉴。

The new era is a new situation facing China’s socialist construction and development.The overseas Chinese and China’s economic development dynamics transformation is an important focus of China’s economic development in the new era.Overseas Chinese rely on their superior resources to help China’s economic development,and China’s economic development dynamics transformation provides new opportunities for the development of the Chinese economy;based on self-organization theory,the two are linked together to form a complex system to analyze the formation conditions of the dissipative structure of the complex system and the dynamic evolution driving mechanism of the system;and the dynamic evolution model of the system is also constructed.Finally,this paper puts forward the suggestions of fully grasping the driving mechanism of dynamic evolution of the system,perfecting the system adaptive learning mechanism,promoting the optimization of functional flow,creating a harmonious and inclusive system environment,ensuring the unified operation of self-organization and hetero-organization,and providing reference for the development of the overseas Chinese and China’s economic development dynamics transformation.
