摘要 本文首先进行双圆弧齿形齿轮结构的设计计算,再用双圆弧齿轮齿根弯曲应力的计算公式和双圆弧齿轮接触应力的计算公式进行校核。用三维建模软件SolidWorks对双圆弧齿形齿轮的传动进行三维建模,用ANSYS/Workbench分析圆弧齿形齿轮的齿根接触应力和圆弧齿形齿轮齿面的接触应力,得出有限元分析结果,并用这一结果证明双圆弧齿形齿轮设计的合理性。 In this paper,firstly,the double arc toothed gear structure design calculation was carried out,and the calculation formula of the double arc gear tooth root bending stress and the double arc gear contact stress calculation formula were used to check.The three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks was used to double arc tooth shape three-dimensional modeling of the gear transmission;ANSYS/Workbench was used to analyze the root contact stress of the circular toothed gear and the tooth surface contact stress of the circular toothed gear.The finite element analysis results were obtained,and the rationality of the design of the double circular toothed gear was proved by this result.
