城市饮用水水源地保护管理中存在的问题及对策

近年来,随着我国经济快速发展与城市化进程加快,饮用水水资源的短缺和污染问题成为制约经济可持续发展的关键因素之一,保护饮用水及饮用水水源地安全刻不容缓。针对我国城市饮用水水源地保护和管理现状,结合国内外相关先进经验和方法,分析了目前饮用水水源地保护面临的水资源建设布局、城市化发展对水源地的影响、管理监督等存在的共性问题,提出了更符合我国国情、更为合理的水源地保护对策。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China and the acceleration of urbanization, the shortage and pollution of drinking water resources have become one of the key factors restricting the sustainable development of economy. It is urgent to protect the safety of drinking water and sources. In view of the present situation of the protection and management on urban drinking water source, combined with the relevant advanced experiences and methods at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the common problems existing in water resources construction layout, the influence of urbanization development on water sources, and management supervision;put forward some more reasonable water source protection countermeasures that are more in line with China’s national conditions.
