电镀工业排污许可管控探讨

为落实《控制污染物排放许可制实施方案》要求,原环保部组织制定了《排污许可证申请与核发技术规范电镀工业》,作为排污许可管理的配套文件,为电镀工业排污许可证申请与核发提供技术支持。重点介绍电镀工业排污许可管控思路,结合实践提出了一些管控建议,以期帮助各方更好地理解排污许可制管理要求,推动电镀工业排污许可管理进一步改善。

In order to implement the requirements of “The Implementation Plan for The Control of Pollutant Discharge Permit System”, the original Ministry of Environmental Protection organized the formulation of the application and issuance of technical specifications for the electroplating industry of pollutant discharge permit, as a supporting document for the management of pollutant discharge permit, and provided technical support for the application and issuance of pollutant discharge permit for the electroplating industry. This paper mainly introduces the idea of pollution permit management in electroplating industry, and puts forward some control suggestions based on the practice, so as to better understand the requirements of pollution permit system and promote further improvement of pollution permit management in electroplating industry.
