市政府外办举办宪法专题讲座

A Special Lecture on Constitution was Held by Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government

2018年12月7日,市政府外办“外事大讲堂”第4期开讲,市宪法普法宣讲团专家、西南政法大学宪法教研室主任、博士生导师张震教授作“宪法迈进新时代”专题讲座。围绕中国进入新时代、新时代背景下的修宪、拥抱“新时代”学习“新”宪法3个方面,将党的领导、依宪治国与建设社会主义现代化强国,以及实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命、民族使命、政治使命、法治使命有机结合起来,对宪法进行了深入浅出的阐释。

On December 7,2018,the 4th issue of the Foreign Affairs Lecture was given by Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government.Professor Zhang Zhen,an expert of the Municipal Constitution Publicity Lecture Group,director of the Constitution Teaching and Research Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law,and doctoral supervisor,gave a special lecture themed by“Constitution Striding into a New Era”.Focusing on the three aspects,namely,China's entering a new era,amending the Constitution in the context of the new era,embracing the"new era"by learning the"new"Constitution,this lecture makes an interpretation of the Constitution in a profound yet easy-to-understand approach.The lecture covers such topics as the leadership of the Party,the governing of the country in accordance with the Constitution,the building of a strong and modern socialist country,the historical,national mission political and legal mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
