FAU型沸石转晶制备CHA型沸石之实验研究

摘要 调节沸石(FAU)分子筛合成配方,使其转晶制备菱沸石(CHA)分子筛。系统考察了Na^+、K^+、NH_4F和HMI等因素对分子筛制备的影响,并采用了XRD衍射以及SEM扫描对合成的沸石分子筛进行了晶体结晶度以及形貌的表征。实验表明:体系中八面沸石,菱沸石适量添加KO有利于合成CHA型沸石分子筛;在含K^+体系中添加NH_4F和HMI均可生成高结晶度的CHA型沸石分子筛。 The main research work of this paper is the synthesis of CHA-type zeolite by the transformation of FAU-type zeolite precursor solution.The effects of Na+、K+、NH4F and HMI on the preparation of zeolites have been systematically investigated.The crystallinities of the samples have been characterized by XRD diffraction and micromorphologies of zeolites have been observed by SEM scanning.
