摘要
随着国家对农村学前教育的高度重视,农村幼儿园如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展,农村民办幼儿园教师心理契约的相关研究也走进了专家与学者的视野。心理契约是教师专业发展的内源性思考因素之一,影响着教师队伍的稳定与发展。通过问卷调查、访谈等研究方法了解到农村民办幼儿园教师心理契约的实然状态:趋于进步倾向;教师学历、幼儿园规模成为影响教师心理契约的主要外在因素;教龄与薪资等外在因素不足已促成教师心理契约失衡。基于以上研究,农村民办幼儿园应从物质保障、人文关怀、专项培训三个方面促进幼儿园教师心理契约平衡的建立。
As the country has attached great importance to rural preschool education,rural kindergartens have greatly developed.The relevant research on the psychological contract of rural private kindergarten teachers has also entered the field of vision of experts and scholars.Psychological contract is one of the endogenous factors of teachers' professional development,which affects the stability and development of teachers.Through questionnaires and interviews,we know the actual state of teachers’psychological contract in rural private kindergartens:it tends to be progressive;Educational background and kindergarten size are the main external factor affecting teachers’perception of development contract;Teaching age and salary are not the external factors contributing to teachers’psychological contract imbalance.On this basis,material security,humanistic care and special training,which are proposed to promote the establishment of psychological contract balance of rural private kindergarten teachers.
