摘要
现代学徒制将传统学徒培训与现代学校教育结合,成为推动职业教育发展的有效途径之一。高职院校现代学徒制人才培养在实施过程中还存在诸如思想认识不到位,配套政策和法规不完备,管理措施和评价机制不健全,企业缺乏参与热情等许多问题。创新现代学徒制人才培养模式,需要政府出台政策制度,学校完善管理评价机制,企业制定针对性措施,共同努力破解障碍找到出路。
Combining traditional apprenticeship training with modern school education,modern apprenticeship has become an effective design to increase the supply of intermediate level skills for career education.However,it has struggled to meet expectations in many ways.This is a result of a combination of insufficient understanding of the training programme,unrealistic or lack of proper policies and regulations,lack of effective measurement and evaluation,and the lack of employer demand and commitment.To mitigate this,it requires joint efforts:effective policies and systems introduced by government,improved management strategies and evaluation systems practiced by school,and effective measures implemented by enterprises.
