摘要
以探讨影响太阳能半导体制冷因素为主线,对太阳能半导体制冷性能进行了优化探讨.分析了太阳能半导体的应用前景和工作原理.对影响太阳能半导体制冷性能的因素包括太阳辐射强度、太阳能电池板的光电转换效率、半导体制冷热端散热方式、半导体制冷系统的设计工况、蓄电池的工作状态、半导体制冷电臂的结构以及热电材料的优值系数进行了系统分析.对太阳能半导体制冷系统提出了一些建议和优化措施.
In this paper,the factors affecting solar semiconductor refrigeration were discussed,and the performance of solar semiconductor refrigeration was optimized.The application prospect and working principle of solar semiconductor were introduced and analyzed.The factors affecting the performance of solar semiconductor refrigeration include solar radiation intensity,photo-voltaic conversion efficiency of solar panels,heat dissipation mode at the hot end of semiconductor refrigeration,design conditions of semiconductor refrigeration system,working state of battery.The structure of semiconductor refrigeration arm and the coefficient of excellent value of thermoelectric material were systematically analyzed.Some suggestions and optimization measures for solar semiconductor refrigeration system were put forward.
