摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,基于社会对五人制教练员的需求,结合沈阳市五人制教练员的培训现状,分析了沈阳市五人制教练员的供需在数量、质量以及渠道方面存在的矛盾,提出教练员培训主体制定教练员选培的可行性规划、严格执行教练员的选录标准、建立健全教练员流通机制等措施意见。
With the methods of literature and logic analysis and based on the social requirement on futsal coaches,combined with the current situation of five-a-side coach training in Shenyang,this paper analyzed the contradictions of the coaches in terms of quantity,quality and channel of supply and demand,and put forward the following measures:coach training subject to develop the feasibilityplanning for selecting and training targeted coaches,strict enforcement of coach recruitment standards,and to establish a sound mechanism for coach circulation.
