齿轮泵液压径向力精确计算及仿真分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对外啮合齿轮泵齿轮轴变形、轴承磨损严重的问题,根据齿轮全齿廓曲线在液压场中不同区域的受力情况及齿轮所受液压径向力随转角的变化,基于Matlab软件的自适应Gauss-Kronrod公式对齿轮受力进行数值积分,得到齿轮所受液压径向力的精确计算值。与现有文献上的计算方法相比,本文的计算结果更接近于实际,可为解决外啮合齿轮泵的径向力、提高齿轮泵的寿命提供参考。 In view of the deformation of the gear shaft and the serious wear of the bearing,the hydraulic radial force on the gears of external gear pump was studied.According to the force situation of the tooth profile curves in different areas of the hydraulic field and the relationship between hydraulic radial force and angle of gear rotation,using adaptive Gauss-Kronrod formula in Matlab software for numerical integration of force on gear,the precise calculation value of the hydraulic radial force is obtained.Compared with the computational methods in existing literature,it is closer to the actual situation,and provides a theoretical reference for eliminating the radial force and improving the life of the external gear pump.
