摘要
针对海上平台设施防碰撞及溢油监控技术现状,结合现有船舶避碰系统被动探测特点,以及常规探测手段无法精确发现小型目标、不能对小型目标进行持续跟踪、探测,只能通过人工手段进行溢油监视等存在的问题,提出利用全自动避碰和溢油雷达探测系统,增加主动探测和海上油田防避碰能力。本文介绍了探测系统组成及技术参数、系统技术特点以及海上油田现场应用效果等。实践证明,该系统具有实时、连续和全自动方式运行,以FPSO为原点360度全方位无死角扫描监视区海面,在夜晚或者不良天气条件下都能够持续稳定工作。系统还能对雷达散射截面(RCS)≥0.1平方米,物标高度≥0.5米(例如:小型渔船、舢板等)的小型目标进行持续跟踪、探测,可为作业者提供准确可靠的海上船舶及溢油信息,避免或控制重大事故的发生,具有良好的推广应用价值。
In view of the present situation of anti-collision and oil spill monitoring technology for offshore platform facilities,combined with the passive detection characteristics of existing ship collision avoidance system,and the existing problems such as inaccurate detection of small targets by conventional detection methods,continuous tracking and detection of small targets,and oil spill monitoring only by manual means,this paper puts forward the utilization of the technology.The automatic collision avoidance and oil spill radar detection system can increase active detection and prevent collision avoidance in offshore oilfield.The system composition,technical parameters,technical characteristics and field application effects in offshore oilfields are introduced.Practice has proved that the system has real-time,continuous and automatic operation.The system can work steadily at night or under bad weather conditions with 360-degree omni-directional dead-angle-free scanning of the sea surface with FPSO as the origin.The system can also track and detect small targets whose radar cross section(RCS)is greater than or equal to 0.1 square meters and the height of objects is higher than or equal to 0.5 meters(e.g.small fishing boats,sampans,etc.).It can provide accurate and reliable information about ships and oil spills on the sea,avoid or control the occurrence of major accidents,and has a good popularization and application Value.
