摘要
结合具体工程实际,在分析带式输送机运行中所存在的不足的基础上,基于变频技术开展输送机改造分析,并对其改造后的应用效果做出综合评估。结果表明,将变频技术应用于带式输送机中,能够在提升运输作业效率的同时延长设备使用周期,从而积极推动矿井综合效益的提升。
Combined with the actual project, and based on the analysis of the deficiency in the operation of belt conveyor, this paper carried out the transformation analysis of conveyor based on frequency conversion technology and made a comprehensive evaluation of the application effect after the transformation. The results showed that the application of frequency conversion tech-nology to belt conveyors can improve the efficiency of transportation and extend the service cycle of equipment, thus promote the improvement of mine comprehensive benefits.
