百令胶囊联合缬沙坦辅助治疗肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical observation of Bailing capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨百令胶囊联合缬沙坦辅助治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月于我院接受住院治疗的肾病综合征患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。两组均予调节电解质、抗炎、利尿等基础治疗。观察组同时予缬沙坦80～160 mg,每日1次,口服。连续治疗4周;百令胶囊0.6 g/次,每天3次,连用6个月。治疗后比较两组的临床总有效率,以及两组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白水平。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白水平分别较治疗前显著降低,且观察组患者治疗后的血尿素氮、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白水平明显低于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合缬沙坦辅助治疗肾病综合征安全、有效,且能显著改善患者的肾功能,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with nephrotic syndrome who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatments such as electrolyte,anti-inflammatory and diuretic.The observation group was given valsartan 80-160 mg once a day,orally,with continuous treatment for 4 weeks,Bailing capsule 0.6 g/time,3 times a day for 6 months.After treatment,the total clinical effective rate,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and 24-hour urine protein levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and 24-hour urine protein levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and 24-hour urine protein levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with valsartan is safe and effective in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,and can significantly improve the renal function of patients.It is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
