预见性护理管理对老年呼吸内科感染控制的应用研究

Application of predictive nursing management in the control of infections in elderly respiratory medicine

目的探讨预见性护理管理应用于老年呼吸内科感染控制的具体效果。方法以2016年2月～2017年8月期间我院收治的80例老年呼吸内科患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患者在基础资料方面差异不明显,其中对照组40例患者采用常规护理措施方法,观察组40例患者在重视基础护理的同时强化预见性护理,回顾性分析两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组临床护理满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的80.0%,观察组感染发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的15.0%,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年呼吸内科患者在临床护理中应强化预见性护理,通过预见性护理消除患者出现感染的相关危险因素,降低患者在住院期间出现的感染发生率,改善患者预后,提高对患者的临床服务质量,具有较大的应用价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the specific effects of predictive nursing management applied to the infection control of geriatric respiratory medicine.Methods Eighty elderly respiratory medicine patients admitted to our hospital during the period from February 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order.The observation group and control group were compared about the basic data.The difference was not obvious.Among them,40 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures.Forty patients in the observation group were fortified with predictive care while paying attention to basic care.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the observation group,97.5%of the clinical care satisfaction was higher than the 80.0%of the control group's clinical care satisfaction.The observation group's 2.5%infection incidence was lower than the control group's 15.0%infection overall incidence.As to the degree of satisfaction and the incidence of infection,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aged patients with respiratory medicine should strengthen predictive nursing in clinical nursing.Elimination of risk factors related to infection in patients by predictive nursing care,reduce the incidence of infections during hospitalization,improve the prognosis of patients and improve clinical services quality for patients.It is worth promoting with greater application value.
