摘要
作为液体活检的一部分,ct DNA检测因其实时动态、无创、可重复性等优势,已经被广泛研究。随着生活方式的改变,结直肠癌越来越高发,而ctDNA在协助结直肠癌早期诊断,疗效监测,复发预防等方面发挥重要作用,这在实现结直肠癌的精准化治疗方面有巨大发展潜力。
As part of liquid biopsy,ctDNA detection has been widely studied due to its real-time dynamic,non-invasive and reproducible advantages.With the change of lifestyle,colorectal cancer is getting increasing incidence.While ctDNA plays an important role in assisting early diagnosis of colorectal cancer,monitoring of curative effect,prevention of recurrence,etc.,which has great potential development in achieving accurate treatment of colorectal cancer.
