摘要
生态水利规划已经逐步被纳入生态水利建设中,对水资源的开发和保护刻不容缓。做好生态水利工程建设,有利于改善区域内水文环境,增强水资源的自我恢复能力,加快新疆跨区域水资源的开发和利用,推进区域内水资源的优化,最终实现对水资源的统一管理和区域内生态环境多样性的保护。
Ecological water conservancy planning has been gradually incorporated into the construction of ecological water conservancy,and the development and protection of water resources cannot be delayed.Doing a good job in ecological and water conservancy projects will help improve the hydrological environment in the region,enhance the self-recovery capacity of water resources,accelerate the development and utilization of cross-regional water resources in Xinjiang,promote the optimization of water resources in the region,and ultimately realize the unified management of water resources and the protection of ecological diversity within the region.
