Study on the Control, Monitoring and Protection System of Mining Belt Conveyor

结合生产实际,报告了煤矿井下带式输送机的使用与发展趋势,对输送机工作原理与工作中出现的问题进行分析,并提出以PLC为核心的控制系统,介绍了带式输送机的安全监测以及保护装置的相关内容,增强了带式输送机的运行可靠性,提高了运输效率。

Combined with the actual production,this paper reported the use and development trend of underground coal mine belt conveyors,analyzed the working principle and the problems in the work of the conveyors,proposed the control system with PLC as the core and introduced the safety monitoring of belt conveyors and related content of protection devices,which enhanced the operational reliability of the belt conveyor and improved the transportation efficiency.
