摘要
以EBZ-132掘进机液压系统摆动故障为例,通过构建液压系统故障树,对故障进行定性和定量分析,得出了故障发生的主要因素、平均故障时间和故障率。研究认为,掘进机液压系统故障因素包括油液污染、柱塞泵供液不足等九个主要方面,系统平均故障时间为1.399 h,运行可靠性为0.07%。
Taking the hydraulic system swinging fault of EBZ-132 boring machine as an example,by constructing the hydraulic system fault tree,this paper carried out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault and obtained the main factors of fault occurrence,average fault time and failure rate.The study suggests that the failure factors of the hydraulic system of the boring machine include nine major aspects such as oil pollution and insufficient liquid supply of the plunger pump,the average system failure time is 1.399 h,and the operational reliability is 0.07%.
