摘要 大型机电设备是确保煤矿井下生产持续、高效开展的关键所在,确保对其故障的有效排除,是矿井综合效益得以保障的必要前提。从系统硬件构成、软件程序和专家系统三方面对故障远程诊断系统进行了全面分析,构建了完善的故障远程诊断系统平台,希望能为其他矿井大型设备故障的有效排除提供保障。 Large-scale electromechanical equipment is the key to ensure the continuous and efficient development of underground coal mine production.Ensuring the effective elimination of the faults is a necessary prerequisite for the comprehensive benefits of mines.This paper comprehensively analyzed the fault remote diagnosis system from the three aspects of system hardware composition,software program and expert system and constructed complete fault remote diagnosis system platform.It is hoped that it can provide protection for the effective elimination of large equipment failures in other mines.
