摘要
刮板运输机在倾斜作业面回采作业的使用中受作业面长度变化影响,往往需要通过延缩进行调整。提出了一种自动延缩装置,叙述了该装置的作业原理和构造设计,分析了其在倾斜作业面的实际应用。实践证明其效果良好,在确保延缩效果的同时降低了下滑风险。
The scraper conveyor is affected by the change of the length of the working face during its use in inclined working face,and often needs to be adjusted by the extension.This paper proposed an automatic ducting device,described the working principle and structural design of the device and analyzed its practical application in inclined working face.Practice has proved that it is of good effect,reducing the risk of gliding while ensuring the effect of extension and retraction.
