快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者中的应用

The Application of ERAS in Patients undergoing Hiatal Hernia Repair by Laparoscope

目的:探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)护理在腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者中的应用效果。方法:将52例腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者随机分为ERAS组和对照组各26例,对照组给予常规护理,ERAS组在此基础上加入ERAS理念,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后首次下床活动时间、首次进水时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、对护理工作满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:ERAS护理可促进腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing hiatal hernia repair by laparoscope.Methods:A total of 52 patients with hiatal hernia repair by laparoscope were randomly divided into ERAS group and control group with 26 cases in each group.Conventional nursing was given to the control group and ERAS idea was added to ERAS group on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The first time of getting out of bed,the first time of water intake,the time of anal exhaust,the time of hospitalization,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing hiatal hernia repair by laparoscope,shorten the hospital stay,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
