非生物逆境和根腐病处理下非洲菊PAL活性变化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]揭示非生物胁迫及根腐病病原菌处理下非洲菊PAL活性变化规律。[方法]测定非洲菊不同组织部位及ABA、SA、PEG、低温、高盐处理的叶片及根腐病病原菌隐地疫霉处理的根系PAL活性。[结果]非洲菊叶片中PAL活性最高,其次是叶柄,根最低;SA和隐地疫霉处理能够显著诱导PAL活性升高;低温处理早期(4 h)PAL活性显著降低,之后高于对照,但未达到显著水平;PEG、高盐和ABA处理对PAL活性无显著影响。[结论] PAL在非洲菊根腐病应答过程和SA诱导的抗逆防御反应中发挥着重要作用。 [Objective]To explore the expression pattern of PAL activity under abiotic stress and root rot pathogen treatments in gerbera.[Method]The PAL activities in different gerbera organs,in gerbera leaves treated with ABA,SA,PEG,cold and high salt and in roots that infected by the root rot pathogens,were detected.[Result]The PAL activity was found to be the highest in gerbera leaves,followed by petiole and root.SA and Phytophthora cryptogea treatment significantly induced the increase of PAL activity.PAL activity was significantly decreased in the early stage(4 h)of cold stress treatment,and then higher than the control,but did not reach a significant level.PEG,high salt and ABA treatments showed no significant effect on the PAL activity of gerbera.[Conclusion]PAL plays an important role in the root rot response and SA-induced stress-resistant defense of in gerbera.
