基于PageRank算法的学者影响力研究

The Scholars Influence Research Based on the PageRank Algorithm

本文在分析PageRank算法原理的基础上,将基于计算文献重要性的PageRank算法应用于分析学者影响力,使用2014年美国大学生数学建模大赛“运用网络测量影响力”一题的数据,对相互之间存在合作关系的各个学者的影响力进行评价,最终给出学者影响力排名结果。随后又在计算的基础上对所使用的算法进行了灵敏度分析,分析表明,本文使用的PageRank算法可以得到客观稳定的学者影响力排名结果。并且通过研究发现运用PageRank算法分析网络图中节点的重要性可以运用到完全不同的其他网络数据上,对系统中个体的重要性进行分析。

In this paper,PageRank algorithm which is applied to computing the importance of literatures is used to analyze the influence of scholars on the basis of the analysis of mechanism of PageRank algorithm.This paper uses the data of the topic"Using Networks to Measure Influence and Impact"of the COMAP's MCM in 2014 to evaluate the influence of various scholars who has the cooperation relationships with others,and gives the results of the academic influence ranking in the end.Then the stability analysis for algorithm are given on the basis of the calculation,which shows that the PageRank algorithm can get the result of academic influence ranking which is objective and stable to the weights of the edges.And after the study,we found that PageRank algorithm can be applied to different other network data to analyzes the importance of the individuals in the system.
