急诊科护士妊娠相关焦虑及影响因素分析

Pregnancy-related Anxiety and Its Influencing Factors among Nurses in Emergency Department

目的:调查急诊科护士妊娠相关焦虑现状,并对其影响因素进行探讨。方法:通过横断面调查,对南昌市27所三级医院的急诊科妊娠期护士进行问卷调查,了解妊娠相关焦虑状况,并通过单因素和多因素分析探讨其影响因素。结果:266名急诊科妊娠期护士中,106名(39. 85%)妊娠相关焦虑阳性;年龄、晚班个数、居住环境及工作压力等是初产护士妊娠相关焦虑的影响因素;年龄、晚班个数、居住环境、工作压力、长子女年龄和对长子女照顾的担忧等是二胎护士妊娠相关焦虑的影响因素。结论:急诊科护士发生妊娠相关焦虑较普遍,其中初产护士和二胎护士妊娠相关焦虑的影响因素有所不同,应采取针对性措施缓解护士妊娠期产生的负性情绪,保障护士的心理健康。

Objective:To investigate the status of pregnancy-related anxiety among nurses in emergency department and explore its influencing factors.Methods:Through a cross-sectional survey,a questionnaire survey was conducted among nurses in the emergency department of 27 tertiary hospitals in Nanchang to understand the pregnancy-related anxiety status,and the influencing factors were explored by single factor and multi-factor analysis.Results:Among 266 pregnant nurses in emergency department,a total of 106(39.85%)nurses were pregnant-related anxiety positive.Age,number of evening shifts,living environment and work pressure were the influencing factors of pregnancy-related anxiety of primipara nurses.Age,number of evening shift,living environment,working pressure,age of elder children and worries about elder children care are the influencing factors of pregnancy-related anxiety of second-born nurses.Conclusion:Pregnancy-related anxiety was common among nurses in emergency department.The influencing factors of pregnancy-related anxiety of primiparary and second-born nurses were different.Targeted measures should be taken to alleviate the negative emotions of nurses during pregnancy and ensure their mental health.
