思维导图在规范化培训护士使用胰岛素笔注射培训中的应用

Application of Mind Mapping in Standardized Training Nurses Using Insulin Injection Training

目的:探讨思维导图在新入职规范化培训护士使用胰岛素笔注射培训中的应用效果。方法:以北京市某三级甲等综合医院2017年新入职规范化培训护士111名为研究对象,随机分为对照组55名和实验组56名,两组在进行培训前均先进行胰岛素笔注射的理论与操作考核,考核后对照组采用传统的讲授法进行培训,实验组由规范化培训护士自行查阅文献制作思维导图后,再使用思维导图进行培训;比较两组护士培训后的理论、操作考核成绩,比较两组护士考核中常见问题的发生率与护士对培训的满意度。结果:培训后,实验组理论与操作考核成绩高于对照组(P <0. 05),考核存在的问题少于对照组(P <0. 05),培训满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:应用思维导图对规范化培训护士进行胰岛素笔注射的培训,能够提高规范化培训护士理论知识与操作技能的培训效果,降低使用胰岛素笔注射时关键环节错误的发生率,提高护士对培训的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of mind mapping in insulin pen injection training for newly recruited nurses.Methods:A total of 111 new standardized training nurses in a third-grade general hospital in Beijing in 2017 were randomly divided into the control group of 55 and the experimental group of 56.The two groups first conducted insulin injection before the training.After the operation assessment,the control group was trained by the traditional teaching method.The experimental group was trained by the standardized training nurses to read the mental map of the literature,and then used the mind map for training.The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the two groups of nurses were compared,and the incidence of common problems in the assessment of nurses in the two groups and the satisfaction of nurses in training were compared.Results:After the training,the experimental group′s theoretical and operational assessment scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05),the assessment problems were less than the control group(P<0.05),and the training satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The training of standardized training nurses with insulin pen injection by mind mapping can improve the training effect of standardized training nurses′theoretical knowledge and operational skills,reduce the incidence of key errors when using insulin pen injection,and improve the nurses′satisfaction with training.
