简述低蛋白质日粮技术在动物饲料中的应用

当前,我国正在全国畜禽养殖中推广应用低蛋白质日粮技术,在保证动物生产性能的前提下,在动物飼料中通过添加飼料级外源性氨基酸,降低总粗蛋白质的营养量,从而降低饲料配方中豆粕的含量。目前此类低蛋白质日粮技术对于降低豆粕用量从而降低畜禽养殖成本,减少畜禽粪便中的氮源污染,建立环保型生产与节约蛋白质原料资源均起到正向作用。本文从低蛋白日粮提出的背景及从学术与企业应用的角度,就低蛋白日粮的必要性、在当前养殖企业管理水平下如何配制应用低蛋白质日粮等做了相关综述。

At present,China is promoting the application ol low protein diet technology in livestock and poultry farming nationwide.On the premise ol ensuring animal production perl'orm-ance,the total crude protein content can be reduced by adding feed一grade exogenous amino acids,thus reducing the content ol soybean meal in feed formulation.At present,such low protein diet technology has played a positive role in reducing livestock and poultry breeding costs,reducing nitrogen pollution in livestock and poultry manure,establishing environmentally friendly production and saving protein raw material resources.This paper reviews the background ol low protein diet and its application in academia and enterprises.It also summarizes the necessity of low protein diet and how to use low protein diet in the current management level of aquaculture enterprises.
