新入职护士急救技能培训需求的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the demand for first-aid skills training among new recruiting nurses

目的调查了解新入职护士急救技能培训相关内容和方式的需求。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年7月新入职的97名护士作为调查对象,采用自行设计的急救技能培训需求调查表对其进行调查,了解新入职护士对急救技能培训的需求。结果新入职护士对急救技能培训具有高度认同性,对综合急救理论知识、单项护理急救操作技能和综合急救能力等的培训均具有迫切的需求。进一步分析发现,新入职护士在操作技能方面水平较差,能熟练掌握有关急救技能的护士所占比例较低。结论新入职护士大部分缺乏全面、系统的急救技能,其对急救相关知识和技能培训的需求程度较高,因此应当根据新护士所掌握的有关急救技能的程度来制定适宜的、有针对性的培训内容和方式,提供多方位、多渠道的培训方式,在培训时,无论是培训内容的展现方式还是深度和广度都应该简化和实用化,以切实提高培训的效果和临床护理效果。

Objective To investigate the demand for first-aid skills training related content and Methods among new recruiting nurses.Methods A total of 97 newly recruited nurses in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2018 were selected as survey respondents.The self-designed first aid skills training needs questionnaire was used to investigate the needs of these new nurses for first aid skills training.Results The new nurses had high recognition for first-aid skills training.Meanwhile,they had an urgent need for comprehensive first-aid theoretical knowledge,first-aid operation skills of single nursing item and comprehensive first-aid skills.Further analysis found that the new nurses were inferior in terms of operational skills,and the proportion of nurses who were proficient in first-aid skills was low.Conclusion Most of the new nurses lack comprehensive and systematic first-aid skills,and their demand for first-aid related knowledge and skills training is high.Therefore,appropriate and targeted training contents and Methods should be developed according to the degree of first-aid skills that the new nurses have.Moreover,the multi-faceted and multi-channel training Methods should be provided for them.During the training,both the presentation method and the depth and breadth of the training content should be simplified and practical,so as to improve the training effect and clinical nursing effect.
