积极认知再造护理在老年冠心病患者中的应用

Application of positive cognition recreation nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的观察积极认知再造护理在老年冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年10月至2018年2月收住于我院的冠心病患者80例为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用积极认知再造护理,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组干预后感知控制能力评分值显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),抑郁焦虑评分值和治疗依从性评分值显著低于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论采用积极认知再造护理对老年冠心病患者进行干预,可显著提高其感知控制能力、有效缓解负性情绪,提高治疗依从性。

Objective To observe the application effect of positive cognition recreation nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to February 2018 as the study subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given positive cognition recreation nursing on the basis of the control group.Various observation indicators of the two groups were compared after the intervention.Results The scores of perceptual control ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of depression anxiety and treatment compliance were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of elderly patients with coronary heart disease by active cognitive recreation nursing can improve their perceptual control ability significantly,and alleviate negative emotions effectively.As a result,it can improve treatment compliance among patients.
