群组管理对子宫内膜异位症患者术后服药依从性的影响

Effect of group management on postoperative medication compliance in patients with endometriosis

目的探讨群组管理对子宫内膜异位症患者术后服药依从性的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的86例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,所有患者均经腹腔镜手术治疗,术后遵医嘱连续3个月服用孕三烯酮胶囊治疗。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予群组管理干预。比较两组患者用药依从性和各性激素水平。结果观察组服药依从性高于对照组(P <0. 05)。出院后3个月,两组患者的各性激素水平较出院前均降低,且观察组患者的促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和催乳素(PRL)水平均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者术后实施群组管理干预,能够改善患者各性激素水平,提高其服药依从性。

Objective To investigate the effect of group management on postoperative medication compliance in patients with endometriosis.Methods To select 86 cases of patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 as the study subjects,and all of these patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.They took gestrinone capsules for 3 consecutive months under the doctor's advice after the surgery.These patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given group management intervention on the basis of the control group.Drug adherence and sex hormone levels of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The drug compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At three months after discharge,the levels of sex hormones in the two groups were lower than those before discharge,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and prolactin(PRL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying group management intervention in patients with endometriosis after the surgery can improve the sex hormone levels and medication compliance of patients.
