盆底肌肉功能锻炼对全子宫切除患者盆底功能恢复及性生活质量的影响

Effect of pelvic floor muscle function exercise on pelvic floor function recovery and sexual quality of life in patients with total hysterectomy

目的探讨盆底肌肉功能锻炼联合综合护理干预对全子宫切除患者盆底功能恢复及性生活质量的影响效果。方法选取本院2015年1月至2018年1月妇科行全子宫切除手术患者92例,将患者随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予综合护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行盆底肌肉功能锻炼。比较两组患者盆底功能恢复、性生活质量情况。结果观察组患者术后肠道功能恢复时间、下床活动时间及术后住院时间短于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组盆底肌力恢复效果明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);干预前性生活各维度水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),经3个月干预后,观察组性生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论为全子宫切除患者开展盆底肌肉功能锻炼联合综合护理干预,有助于盆底功能恢复,提高其术后性生活质量,确保患者身心健康,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor muscle function exercise combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on pelvic floor function recovery and sexual quality of life in patients with total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing hysterectomy from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,while the observation group was given pelvic floor muscle functional training on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor function recovery and sexual quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel function,the time of getting out of bed,and the postoperative hospital stay of patient in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery effect of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparison of sexual life before the intervention(P >0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of the quality of sexual life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of pelvic floor muscle function combined with comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with total hysterectomy can help the recovery of pelvic floor function,and improve the quality of postoperative sexual life.As a result,it can ensure the physical and mental health of patients.So,it is worth promoting.
