音乐放松疗法结合变温毯对结直肠癌患者术中低体温、应激反应、寒战的影响

Effect of music relaxation therapy combined with temperature - sensing blanket on intraoperative hypothermia,stress response and chills of patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery

目的探讨音乐放松疗法结合变温毯对结直肠癌手术患者术中低体温、应激反应以及寒战的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年4月于我院接受手术治疗的142例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规保温措施,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加以应用音乐放松疗法联合变温毯。比较两组患者不同时间腋温和低温发生率、不同级别寒战发生率、应激反应指标、各项手术指标。结果观察组不同时间的腋温高于对照组,低温发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者寒战发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者应激反应指标优于对照组(P <0. 05),各项手术指标优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论音乐放松疗法结合变温毯有利于维持结直肠癌体温,降低低温和寒战发生率,降低术中应激反应,优化各项手术指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of music relaxation therapy combined with temperature-sensing blanket on intraoperative hypothermia,stress response and chills of patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery.Methods To select 142 cases of patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly.The patients in the control group were given routine heat preservation measures,while the patients in the observation group were given music relaxation therapy combined with a temperature-sensing blanket on the basis of the control group.The incidence of axillary temperature and hypothermia,the incidence of different levels of chills,stress response indicators,and various surgical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The temperature of axillary temperature in the observation group was higher than that of the control group at different times.The incidence of hypothermia was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of chills in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The stress response index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Various surgical indexes of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music relaxation therapy combined with temperature-sensing blanket is beneficial to maintain the temperature of patients with colorectal cancer,and reduce the incidence of hypothermia and chills as well as intraoperative stress response.As a result,it can optimize various surgical indicators,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
