如何用人?——铁骑力士集团的员工职业生涯规划浅析

摘要 如何有效地激活员工的积极性,已成为养猪企业的重要管理问题。文章以铁骑力士集团为例,从员工职业生涯发展视角分析了用人策略,即通过职业定位、目标设定、发展通道设计和评估与反馈等步骤,更全面地了解分析员工的价值观、个性、能力以及他们的职业发展目标和职业发展道路。据此,把适合特定职位的人员匹配到位,做到人尽其才、才尽其用,最大限度地发挥人才效能,以期为其他养猪企业如何激活人才提供建议和参考。
