摘要
《罗克珊娜》中的空间书写在三个维度呈现出层层升级的诗学态势,家居空间不仅是规训女性身体的具体场域,而且是罗克珊娜重绘生命图式的空间原点;流动空间见证了罗克珊娜对父权空间话语体系的颠覆,动态的空间图景潜伏着个体身份的物化与迷失;叙事空间中的分形模式和圆形模式既是笛福探索小说创作技巧的重要一环,同时也隐喻了生命的偶然性和未知性。笛福通过丰富的文学想象将罗克珊娜的生存空间改造成一个富于道德和政治象征意义的背景图,从而凸显了资本主义发展初期底层女性的生存焦虑。
In Roxana,the spatial writing presents a three-dimensional poetic escalation:the domestic space is not only a concrete area for disciplining the female body,but a spatial departure point for Roxana to map out her life;the mobile space witnesses Roxana's deconstruction of the patriarchal spatial discourse while the mobile spatial landscape indicates the reification and loss of her identity;the fractural mode and circular mode in the narrative space not just reflects Defoe's innovative experiment with the novel writing,but serves as a metaphor of contingency and uncertainty of the individual life.With his rich literary imagination,Defoe transforms Roxana's living space into a moral and political background to illustrate the anxiety of the existence of the lower class women during the early phase of the capitalism.
