多肽类激素Kisspeptin治疗女性生殖内分泌疾病的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 Kiss 1基因是Lee等[1]于1996年在宾夕法尼亚州发现的,该基因可以编码一个含有145个氨基酸的多肽,该多肽可以被整体切割成几种活性相似的同型异构体称为Kisspeptins[2]。Kisspeptin可以激活G蛋白偶联受体54[3],并且与细胞膜受体G蛋白受体54(GPR54)特异性结合后,通过激活磷脂酶C/蛋白激酶C、有丝分裂蛋白激酶、磷酸化细胞外信号调节激酶或p38等多条细胞内信号转导通路发挥其生物学效应[1]。早期研究集中在Kisspeptin能够抑制黑色素瘤和乳腺癌细胞系的转移潜能上[1,4]。随后,有学者发现Kisspeptin在人胎盘提取物中存在,并且进行鉴定后发现Kisspeptin在性腺、垂体和下丘脑中均有表达,从而产生其在生殖内分泌学中起作用的假说[5-8]。本文对Kisspeptin在女性下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴失调生殖内分泌疾病如多囊卵巢综合征及下丘脑性闭经,体外受精诱导排卵、预测排卵,预测妊娠结局及更年期症状等方面的研究进展作一综述如下。
