左金方治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃病临床观察

Clinical research on Zuojin formula in treating gastropathy correlated to helicobacter pylori infection

目的:观察左金方治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃病患者90例分为两组各45例,对照组予以标准三联方案(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素)治疗,治疗组采用左金方+奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组患者中医症状评分、幽门螺杆菌根除率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组患者中医症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P﹤0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);14C呼气试验显示,治疗组、对照组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为73.33%、80.00%,组间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率(6.67%)较对照组(26.67%)显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:左金方具有根除幽门螺杆菌效果,与标准三联治疗效果相当,并可有效改善患者中医症状评分,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zuojin formula on gastropathy correlated to helicobacter pylori infection.Methods:90 cases of patients with gastropathy correlated to helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard triple therapy(omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin),while the treatment group was treated with Zuojin formula plus omeprazole.The score of TCM symptom,the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the score of TCM symptom of patients in treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment;and compared with control group after treatment,the score of TCM symptom of patients in treatment group was significantly lower than in control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).14C breath test showed that the eradication rates of helicobacter pylori of patients in treatment group and control group were 73.33%and 80.00%respectively,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P >0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 26.67%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zuojin formula has the effect of eradicating helicobacter pylori,which is equivalentto the effect of standard triple therapy,but it can effectively improve the score of TCM symptom of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
