摘要
选取9个指标建立模糊综合评价模型,评估深圳市人才吸引力水平,建立灰色预测模型对部分指标进行预测.研究结果表明,深圳市人才吸引力处于较高水平,"加大营商环境改革力度若干措施"实施后,深圳市人才吸引力水平进一步提高,因此提倡该政策的实施.
Eleven indicators were selected to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to assess the level of talent attraction in Shenzhen;a grey prediction model was established to predict some indicators.The research results show that the attractiveness of talents in Shenzhen is at a relatively high level.After the implementation of"several measures to strengthen the reform of the business environment",the level of talent attraction of Shenzhen has been further improved,so the implementation of this policy is advocated.
