摘要
首先根据磁导调制原理,建立基于调磁块阵列的永磁游标电机(PMVM)的数学模型;并运用解析及有限元方法分析关键参数对电机性能的影响,给出具体的优化方案;最后设计了一台基于调磁块阵列的PMVM。与传统永磁电机相比,所设计的基于调磁块阵列的PMVM具有转矩密度高、功率密度高等优点。本文为基于调磁块阵列的永磁游标电机的设计与应用提供了理论依据。
This paper establishes the mathematical model of permanent magnet vernier machine(PMVM)based on magnetic tuning block array under the principle of magnetic permeability modulation.Through theoretical derivation and finite element analysis,the influence of several key parameters on its performance was determined.And gives the optimized method.Finally,design a PMVM based on tuning block array,and compare it with a traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).The analysis results show that PMVM based on tuning block array presented in this paper has advantages of high torque density and so on.The work done in this paper also provides a theoretical basis for this kind of PMVM design and application.
