摘要 提出一种电动公交充电网络优化规划模型,基于线路的路网及调度特征,建立快充模式下电动公交充电需求分析模型。考虑公交站点、快充站点和电网接入点的分布特征,以充电网络投资成本、公交车因充电附加损耗成本和配电网接入投资成本最小为目标,建立公交快充服务网络优化选址和定容模型。针对模型全局寻优问题,采用线性化技术,提出模型的求解算法。将模型应用到某城市区域19条公交线路更换为快充电动公交线路的规划场景,算例结果表明模型优化了城市公交快充设施的布局,有利于建立高效、低成本公交充电服务网。 An optimal planning model of electric bus fast-charging network was proposed.Taking the characteristics of bus network and dispatching schedule into consideration,a fast-charging demand analysis model of electric bus lines was established.In this paper,an optimal placing and sizing model of the bus fast charging network was designed with the objection of minimizing the total cost including the charging network investment cost,the additional cost of bus lines due to charging and the distribution network investment cost for integrating bus fast charging load.Aiming at the problem of global optimization,a linearization technique was used to solve the model.The model was applied to a planning scene of 19 bus lines totally replaced by fast charging electric buses in a city area.The case shows that the model optimizes the layout of fast charging facilities for urban public transportation which promotes the establishment of efficient and low-cost bus charging service network.
