基于层次分析法的配电网“低电压”智能规划与综合治理评估技术研究及应用 被引量:39

摘要 针对10kV配电网"低电压"治理的方案设计问题,使用C#编程语言开发基于单线图界面的治理方案——一键式自动规划及综合评估软件系统。一键式自动规划优先选择更换导线,结合无功补偿和配置调压器的方法生成"低电压"治理方案。另外,软件根据决策者对"低电压"治理效果、经济效益和发展适应性的不同需求,提供引导式单步规划治理方案的功能,并且可以在单步改造的基础上进行自动规划。基于层次分析法(AHP)建立配电网"低电压"治理综合评估体系,通过构造辅助判断矩阵和辅助求和矩阵计算指标权重,从治理效果、经济效益、发展适应性三个方面对治理方案进行评估分析,为决策者选择适宜的治理方案提供参考。最后通过实例验证软件的实用性与适用性。 As for the scheme design for low voltage governance of 10kV distribution network,the one-click automatic planning and comprehensive evaluation software basing on the single-line diagram is developed using C#programming language.One-click automatic planning prioritizes the replacement of the line,combining with reactive power compensation and configuration of the voltage regulator to generate the low-voltage governance scheme.In addition,the software provides the function named guided single-step planning due to the different requirements of the governance effect,the economic benefit and the ability of resisting the growing load,and can be automatically planned on the basis of single-step governance.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a comprehensive evaluation system for“low voltage”governance of distribution network is established.The weights of the indicators are calculated by constructing the auxiliary judgment matrix and the auxiliary summation matrix,and the treatment plan is taken from three aspects:governance effect,economic benefit and development adaptability.Conduct evaluation and analysis to provide reference for decision makers to choose appropriate governance programs.Finally,the practicality and applicability of the software are verified by examples.
