工业化试验装置粉煤热解回转反应器技改后功率校核计算

Calculations of Power Calibration of Pulverized Coal Pyrolysis Rotary Reactor after Technological Reform in Industrial Test Unit

摘要 近年来,虽然粉煤热解技术已经出现了十几种,但粉煤热解尚未大规模工业应用。热解气体除尘效果不完全干燥、焦炭淬火未突破、导热系数低,制约了煤粉热解大规模高效稳定运行。因此,近期在工业上取得突破的低成本煤热解技术试验非常引人注目。粉煤热解技术在创新回转反应器之后,回转反应器的功率也随之发生改变,对此,本文主要依据工业化实验装置中的粉煤热解回转反应器,对其技术改变之后的功率计算进行研究。 In recent years,although more than a dozen kinds of pulverized coal pyrolysis technologies have emerged,pulverized coal pyrolysis has not yet been used in large-scale industrial applications.The dedusting effect of pyrolysis gas is not completely dry,coke quenching has not broken through,and the thermal conductivity is low,which restricts the large-scale,efficient and stable operation of pulverized coal pyrolysis.Therefore,the recent industrial breakthroughs in low-cost coal pyrolysis technology experiments are very noticeable.After the innovation of pulverized coal pyrolysis technology,the power of rotary reactor also changes.In this paper,the power calculation after technical change is studied based on the rotary reactor of pulverized coal pyrolysis in the industrial experimental device.
