摘要
中化泉州石化有限公司渣油加氢装置在实际生产过程中通过稳定原料性质、优化操作条件以及优化UFR催化剂设计,可有效降低UFR催化剂床层温度波动,降低径向温差,实现催化剂的高效利用。
The residue hydrotreating unit of Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.of Sinochem can effectively reduce the temperature fluctuation of catalyst bed,reduce the radial temperature difference and realize the efficient utilization of catalyst by stabilizing the properties of feedstock,optimizing operation conditions and optimizing the catalyst design of upflow reactor.
