摘要
重油在炼厂内的分配是炼厂调整产品结构、提高经济效益的关键因素。基于数据分析方法,首先建立单装置的数据模型,而后集成为重油加工区的模型,进一步采用优化算法寻找重油最佳的分配比例。该方案模型简洁、计算简捷。应用案例验证了方案的可行性,所得的效益显著,为进一步的实时优化奠定了基础。
Heavy oil allocation is the key factor to adjust product structure and improve economic benefit.A new data analysis solution was developed.Firstly partial least squares regression(PLS)was used to built the units models.Then the model of heavy oil processing area was built based on the units models.Next allocation parameters were optimized.Application results showed that this solution is feasible,the benefit is significant.Due to concise model and fast optimization computation,the solution makes a firm foundation for further real-time optimization.
