文昌19-1油田WHPA液压钻机电气设计方案分析

摘要 文昌19-1油田WHPA液压钻机作为我国海上的第一座液压钻机,项目组在其设计阶段克服了诸多困难,圆满的完成了既定的设计任务。本文首先简单介绍液压钻机与常规钻机相比较的优势,其次详细阐述了在设计过程中电气方案的优化项并在结尾处对未来液压钻机的电气设计方案提出了改进的建议。 As the first offshore hydraulic drilling rig in China,the WHPA hydraulic drilling rig in WC 19-1 Oilfield has overcome many difficulties in its design phase and successfully completed the established design tasks.In this paper,firstly,the advantages of hydraulic drilling rig compared with conventional drilling rig are briefly introduced,secondly,the existing problems and solutions of electrical specialty in the design process are expounded in detail,and at the end of the paper,some suggestions for future electrical design of hydraulic drilling rig are put forward.
