摘要
以物理化学理论,特别是胶体与界面化学理论为基础,对胶凝含蜡原油的流变学及其使用降凝剂进行化学改性的物理化学原理等进行了深入的研究。研究结果,相同温度时,混合原油中塔木察格原油所占比例越大,黏度越小。混合原油的反常点均在两种原油反常点温度之间,且混合原油中塔木察格原油的比例越大,反常点越高。通过实验数据对已有黏度计算模型进行验证,优选,得出Kendall—Monroe模型对于苏嵯输油管道混合原油黏度的计算偏差最小。
Based on the theory of physical chemistry,especially the theory of colloid and interface chemistry,this thesis deeply studies the rheology of gelled waxy crude oil and the physicochemical principle of chemical modification of pour point depressant.The results show that the greater the proportion of Tamsag crude oil in the mixed crude oil under the same temperature conditions,the smaller the viscosity.The anomalous point of mixed crude oil is between the abnormal temperature of the two crude oils,and the larger the proportion of Tamsag crude oil in the mixed crude oil,the higher the abnormal point.In this paper,the existing viscosity calculation model is verified by experimental data,which is further optimized.Finally,it is concluded that the Kendall-Monroe model has the least deviation from the viscosity of the mixed crude oil in the Su Cuo oil pipeline.
