风机轴承磨损及润滑油变质失效分析

Failure Analysis of Bearing Wear and Lubricating Oil Deterioration of Fan

随着风电机组运行年限的不断增加,由于润滑不良或润滑油变质失效引起的轴承磨损问题较为突出,给机组的正常运行带来严重影响。对风机轴承磨损与润滑油的变质失效问题进行了简要的剖析,旨在为风电设备的安全、可靠运行提出建议。

With the continuous increase of the operating life of wind turbines,The bearing wear problem caused by poor lubrication or deterioration of lubricating oil is particularly prominent,which has a serious impact on the normal operation of the unit.In this paper,the wear of fan bearings and the deterioration and failure of lubricating oil are briefly analyzed.The purpose is to put forward some suggestions for the safe and reliable operation of wind power equipment.
